Das Teilprojekt "Übertragung von Modellen und Geschäftskonzepten zur Entwicklung Sozialer Unternehmen in NRW" verfolgt das Ziel, besonders erfolgreiche Firmenkonzepte im Feld der Integrationsunternehmen und Integrationsabteilungen zu identifizieren und auf das Bundesland NRW zu übertragen. Untersucht werden sollen Betriebe in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland wie auch Firmen und Konzepte in den europäischen Ländern, die im Rahmen der Transnationalität Partner in der Entwicklungspartnerschaft sind (vor allem GB und Italien). Es werden eine statistisch quantitative Erfassung der deutschen Integrationsunternehmen durchgeführt und eine qualitative Analyse von besonderen Ansätzen der Personalführung, der Betriebswirtschaft und der Kooperation mit anderen Wirtschaftsunternehmen ausgearbeitet werden. In vielfältigen Formen erfolgt ein Transfer der Ergebnisse nach NRW.
